Uranus turns retrograde from August 7, 2018

Uranus in Taurus turns retrograde from August 7, 2018 to January 5, 2019.
From November 7, 2018, Uranus will temporarily return to the fire sign of Aries, and “declines”
from 29º Aries to 29º59 in Aries, from where it turns direct on January 6th, 2019.

At the moment that Uranus retrogrades on 2º33’6 in Taurus, Mars in Aquarius, Saturn and Pluto in Capricorn and Neptune in Pisces are also retrograde.

These five retrograde planets make us aware of the global cumulative stagnation that we are currently dealing with.
There seems to be no progress and that is the reason why there is unrest, upheaval, resistance and conflict situations.

The awakening and enlightening energy of retrograde Uranus in Taurus brings challenges and transformation of our values, including our self-esteem, radical innovations of our financial system on personal and collective level, innovations in the field of sustainability, changes in the concept of ‘home’ and ‘living’ and in our relationship patterns.

Retrograde Uranus in Taurus forms aspects with Venus, Mars and Saturn until the beginning of November 2018, creating challenges in the area of relationships and finances.
During this period of stagnation it is advisable to be flexible, to be patient and keep an open mind.

Uranus can cause a volatile time of extreme situations and chaos, but it can also bring memorable moments in this period of restlessness.
Retrograde Uranus takes us back to the cause, to the Source, to ourselves.
During this retrograde period of Uranus the answers will be unveiled what is needed to evolve to a new level of BEING.

When Uranus temporarily returns to Aries from November 7, 2018, the revolutionary square with Pluto in Capricorn will be re-formed.
The return of retrograde Uranus in Aries, at the end of the year 2018 can be seen as a summary of the years from 2011 onwards, the turbulent years of political and social changes due to the volatile influence of Uranus in Aries.
A time of awakening, revolt and rebellion against restrictive structures and governments.
The need to free ourselves from situations and relationships that limit us to stand for our individuality and uniqueness will emerge again.
The year 2018 is a clear turning point.
The Uranus-Pluto square that started in 2010 was ended in May 2018.
The powerful forces of the Uranus-Pluto square have had such a major impact on society and our personal lives over the past eight years that this impact will continue to reverberate for decades to come.

When Uranus in Aries resumes its direct orbit around the Sun on January 6, 2019 all other planets will be direct! However, Uranus in Aries squares Pluto in Capricorn in an orb of 8º, which causes a feeling of frustration about long delays, there can be dead-locks, conflicts and dominance.

A period of turmoil and rebellion in which it feels as if we are given a last chance to bring the steps to personal freedom that have been taken, to completion.
However, thanks to the Taurus energy, the hope of peace, economic progress and social justice is strong, but the spirit of protest and reform and the expectation of real change will remain just as strong at a certain level.

Still, the dust will settle when Uranus returns to the steady earth sign of Taurus from March 7, 2019.
After contemplating and evaluating that poses this retrograde movement, we will be in a better position to implement concrete changes. Resistance and protest can be redirected to conviction and trust.
Until April 23, 2019 is the so-called shadow period of Uranus, because from April 23, 2019 Uranus will return at 2º’31.8 in Taurus.

The years of protest and reform are over.
But the old world is definitely over.

Expect the unexpected when Uranus is retrograde.
Uranus is the wild card among the planets, so consider amazing shifts and unexpected effects and lots of turmoil in the outside world and inside world, around us and in ourselves.
