Today the Sun enters the earthly realm of Capricorn. The magic moment of the Winter Solstice for the Northern Hemisphere. The Winter Equinox marks the shortest day and the longest night. From this day forward, the days grow longer. We celebrate the festival of Yule, the rebirth of the Sun.

There is a festive atmosphere and many of us are making preparations for Christmas.

The Moon at 16º Libra is conjunct Jupiter in Libra, but opposites Uranus in Aries and squares Mercury in Capricorn and Pluto in Capricorn. Today people are making a big fuss over nothing. The Moon is supported by Venus and Saturn in Sagittarius, so things cool down in time.
